項目分析：
從項目和課程設置上來看是為酒店業從業者（高管更佳）設置，不建議應屆生申請，屬于MBA性質項目，更偏重于酒店相關的運營和管理。課程可以為學習者帶來業界最前沿的訊息人脈和最強大的校友網絡；
特色為遠程學習，80%在線，20%實地，也不太符合中國學生希望全職學習的需求；
可以非常自由的安排學習，每年兩次入學時間，最長36個月內完成學習，非常適合時間有特殊需求的學生。
申請分析：
托福雅思維持頂尖學校的基本要求；
不需要GMAT或者GRE對很多學生是福音；
最少3年工作經驗基本與應屆生無緣，也不建議經驗太少的學生去學習，就算去了同學都是中年酒店高管可交流的也不多，學習效果不一定最佳；
根據往年經驗一年招收二三十名學生，中國學生個位數（5名以內）。

項目分析：
對于有瑞士情懷的酒店管理申請者，格里昂是比較理想的洛桑替代品，當然在洛桑變為遠程為主后，格里昂也走出了自己的特色之路；
純論在中國的校友網絡和人脈，格里昂是比洛桑要強的，從人數和分布來說都是；
項目設置比較綜合，既包括了大部分的酒店和商科課程也有奢侈品和酒店財務兩個小分支；
本項目對于之前沒有酒店相關工作經驗的學生非常友好，不但可選項目開始前一個月的酒店體驗課程，也有半年的實習項目；
可以選擇在瑞士兩個和倫敦一個校區之中學習，也可以混合，對于希望體驗不同文化的學生是一大優勢；
雖然有MBA/MS雙學位選項，但是兩者申請要求不太一樣，雙學位更針對工作人士，要求三年工作經驗，單純申請MS的可把他們視為兩個項目。
申請分析：
不需要GMAT和GRE；
對工作經驗要求不像洛桑那么高，歡迎任何背景的學生；
托福要求相對較低，對于一般大學生來說不難達到；
申請雙學位的需要三年工作經驗，三篇申請文章和更高的語言要求，應屆生可以只申請MS即可。

理諾士的碩士設置就是傾向本科非本專業的學生，希望轉行進入本行業的；
項目為一年，半年課程半年實習，相對來說更不偏學術；
可以選擇在瑞士、西班牙和中國學習；
項目在國內校友也相對很多，可以為就業提供一定的幫助；
有專門的MBA項目，需要滿23歲和兩年工作經驗，對中國學生申請的意義不是很大。
申請分析：

SEG五大學校都大同小異，只是專業側重點稍有不同。凱撒里茲有兩個碩士項目，分別側重健康休閑方向和酒店創業方向。健康休閑方向針對希望在本方向就業的學生們是個很對口的方向，酒店創業方向更像是其他學校綜合性的酒店管理碩士項目和課程。
學生畢業后將同時獲得英國德比大學的學位，兩校有相關的合作。
申請分析：
錄取相對要求較低，對工作經驗和GMAT等均無要求；
對于一般大學生唯一需要面對的是托福的分數，經過系統的學習80分不難達到。

看學校名字即可得知偏重于美食和烹飪方向，適合在本方向有明確深造需求又傾向于西餐方向的學生。
對于餐飲管理者也有一些課程很有指導意義。

SHMS學校很大所以項目設置也較為豐富，有三個碩士項目。第一個為一年的綜合碩士項目，第二個兩年有了幾個分支，如果有比較確定的方向可以選擇，第三個也是一年偏向更加學術和分析等方向。
申請分析：
三個項目的申請區別在于對語言的要求，兩年的最低，一年普通項目次之，一年分析項目要求最高。

If you have not studied in an English language environment for the last 3 years, please provide one of the following certificate and scores:
TOEFL: minimum score of 600 points for the paper based test, 250 points for the computer based test or 100 for the internet-based test. The TOEFL testing code number for LRG-UAS is 3864.
Cambridge First Certificate: grade A. Cambridge Advanced Certificate: grade B.
I.E.L.T.S: Academic Module minimum Overall Band Score of 6.0 and min. 5.0 for each part (listening, reading, writing, speaking)
All English certificates must have been issued in the last 12 months prior to admission.

The school may require a phone or personal interview before admission into the program.
Students should have at least 3 years work experience
For MAS in Hospitality Management the work experience should be in the hospitality industry.
For MAS in Hospitality Business Management work experience should be in an appropriate professional area (in the service industry).

格魯耶爾相對在國內沒有推廣很多，不是很出名，其實是格里昂和理諾士合辦的學校，是除洛桑外第二家中國教育部認可的瑞士酒店管理學院；
項目設置也是沒有明顯的特色也較為均衡，更偏重管理類似MBA項目。
申請分析：
要求三年工作經驗，項目更類似MBA；
對英語要求也略高于SEG集團的學校。
